Eric commercialized his first patents by forming a startup to prove that product would sell, and then licensed the patents to larger national distribution.  Eric has also licensed  more than 70 university and federal government patents (DoD, NASA) to companies.

Maintenance Fee Decision Support-

Our proprietary IP analytical tool provides patent holders with unbiased data for maintenance fee payment decisions through an AI-based tool that ranks patents against comparable and also generates a dollar figure valuation similar to tools like Zillow for real estate.

With a network and database of over 10,000 Key Decision Makers (KDMs) built over 20 years of business development research experiences. We are able to identify and contact key decision makers (KDMs) to facilitate project progression and deal making.
